Terms of service

These points describe how the service works. The operator’s full terms will replace this draft before launch.
How the service works
- A transfer only runs while the sender’s browser tab stays open. Closing it stops sharing for every recipient.
- Links expire at the time the sender chose, within the limits of the workspace’s plan and rules.
- Delivery depends on both networks. Xferio does not keep a copy and cannot recover a file that was not received.
Acceptable use
- Send only files you have the right to share.
- Don’t use the service to distribute malware, to harass anyone, or to break the law.
- Workspaces that abuse the relay or the API may be rate-limited or suspended.
Plans and billing
- Paid plans renew each period until cancelled. Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the period already paid for.
- Usage limits reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC).
